We dont follow the rules, we set them. In hip-hop there is a great need of the unsigned, unheard, unseen, and unknown voice to be expressed. A&G Ent. is just that, we have gone through our own changes, metamorphosis and growth as well. We are all about building artist, re-shaping the artist, re-focusing the artist and supporting the re-exposure of the artist. if the A&R position still existed we wouldnt have had the mistakes like Souljah Boy, Gucci Mane, Waka Flaka, OJ Da Juice, some of the videos, and "incidents" that Rick Ross has created.
